Information in service requests

The service request form collects your name, phone number, service address or ZIP, appliance type, description of the problem, preferred contact method, and consent to be contacted. You may also provide an email address and appliance brand. Please do not include payment details or other sensitive information in the problem description.

How the form works

Request details are saved in private website storage to support responses and repair coordination. The website attempts to email a notification to the business’s configured service inbox and, if you provide an email address, a receipt to you. Your phone number and email address are included in the request so the business can contact you about it. Submitting this form is not a confirmed appointment.

Website services and security

Lovable Cloud provides request storage, and Lovable’s email service processes request notifications. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and images from its asset host. These services receive the network information needed to deliver those resources. The request handler uses connection information for spam checks; customer requests are not publicly accessible.

Advertising and measurement

The form includes the contact page path and any campaign information available there, such as UTM campaign tags, Google click IDs (gclid), or Microsoft click IDs (msclkid), in the service request. The page also records successful requests and phone-link clicks in its browser memory. Those event records do not include your name, phone number, email, service address, or problem description.

No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Google Ads measurement script is currently installed by this website, and these event records are not sent to those services. The website does not currently set advertising measurement cookies. Clicking a phone link does not establish that a call took place.
